Before signing in to the Stumble Cups Dashboard, here is a transparent overview of what data is processed and why it is stored:
1. Discord Identity & Server List
We collect your Discord User ID, Username, Display Name, Avatar, and your Discord Server List (Guilds) via official Discord OAuth2. We never request or store your email address.
2. Why We Store It: Authentication & Sessions
Your profile data is used to authenticate your account, display your profile in the dashboard, and keep you logged in for up to 30 days when "Stay Signed In" is enabled.
3. Security & Anti-Ban-Evasion
Your IP address, login timestamp, and Discord identity are stored on our server solely to protect Stumble Cups tournaments from unauthorized access, rule violations, and alternate accounts attempting to bypass bans. Your data is never sold or shared with third parties.
